Description
This is a letterbox insert to raise your letter from the floor of the letterbox if it collects water like mine.
The size of the tray is 290mm long 160mm deep and 13 mm tall. Its designed in two parts as my print bed wasn’t large enough for printing in one pice. The joint has 0.3 tolerance built in.
The tray has large hexagonal holes to allow water to easily drip through leaving your letters dry.
I printed this with Green PLA+, 0.2mm. It took roughly 2 hrs 40min for each part to print.
